What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?

As a private individual, you have a full right of returning your order for 30 days after you have received the item. Of course, you get the money back for the item. The only conditions applied are that the product has not been used and that it is undamaged and that the product is returned in original packaging with accompanying original documents. This means that you have the right to send back the goods you have received. You are only responsible for the transport costs and the transport risk in connection with the return shipping.

Return notice shall contain the following information:

  • Order number
  • Invoice number
  • Article number of the products returned, and how many of each item is being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Choice of packaging method
  • The information is needed for administrative reasons.

Before returning the item, you must wait for your return number information from customer service.
