What is 5G Dry?

5G Dry is a patented, leakproof click-lock system developed by Bjelin’s sister company Välinge Innovation . It allows easy installation while preventing water from reaching the subfloor. Our Woodura floors are designed to withstand spills – and even standing water for up to 72 hours – without water penetrating the joints.

However, to maximise the lifespan of your floor, we always recommend wiping up spills immediately and ensuring that the floor dries within 2–3 minutes after cleaning. Water can leave marks on the floor surface, particularly from plant pots or cleaning products/liquids such as those containing ammonia.
