How well do Woodura floors handle dogs and active families?

Our Woodura floors are significantly more durable than traditional wood flooring and are well suited to homes with both dogs and children. However, claws, play and objects dragged across the floor can still cause scratches to the lacquer – just as with other lacquered wood floors. In terms of scratch resistance, Woodura floors perform similarly to classic wood flooring. That said, the risk of deep scratches or indentations in the wood itself is largely eliminated. If the surface develops multiple lacquer scratches, these can be addressed by replacing damaged planks or applying a lacquer refresher to restore the finish.
