The top plank in my pack doesn’t look like the floor I ordered – why?

To protect the surface of the planks in Woodura flooring packs, the top plank is placed upside down. This means that it is the underside of the plank that is visible at the top of the package. Before contacting us to report a potential incorrect delivery, please check that the package is labelled with the article number and product name you ordered.
