How do I pay?

We accept Mastercard, American Express, VISA, VISA Debit, Discover, JCB or invoice as payment method. When paying by card, the money is deducted from your account immediately after the order is placed. Card payments are protected by 3D-secure, which requires that payments must be confirmed via your banks security program.

Card payment at Bjelin is a secure purchase as all information is encrypted with SSL. This is done in collaboration with our provider of card payment solutions, Stripe. When paying by card, your card number will never reach Bjelin. The information (card number, cvc code, validity period) remains in Stripe's secure server. Stripe is an independent provider of payment solutions for secure online commerce. Bjelin complies with the Personal Data Act.

For card payments, the money is deducted from your account immediately after the order is placed, no credit information is provided to Bjelin.

When selecting Invoice as the preferred payment method, Bjelin always receives a credit report on the customer. We reserve the right to refuse purchases against invoice based on the information we receive in the credit report. However, there is always the opportunity to purchase via advance payment, ie a so-called pro forma invoice.

When paying invoices, we send the invoice separately via e-mail or to your mailbox in connection with shipping of your order. The invoice amount must be received by Bjelin within 14 days for private individuals or 30 days for companies.

For larger orders, we reserve the right to demand a part as an advance payment. For companies that have a business number who wish to purchase via invoice, we also reserve the right to demand payment in advance at the first purchase.
