Bjelin is excited to once again exhibit at Habitare, one of the Nordic region’s leading furniture and interior design shows. From 2 to 6 September 2026, visitors at the event in Helsinki, Finland, will be able to view the company’s exceptionally durable Woodura flooring.
Leaning into Habitare’s 2026 theme, ‘Plot Twists’, Bjelin will show up with a new and improved Woodura Herringbone – offering up to 72h water resistance. Empowered by the ground-breaking Woodura technology, this 100% wood flooring range is more impact-and water-resistant, while also featuring the leakproof 5G Dry locking joint.
Bjelin will invite design and interior enthusiasts to explore this award-winning hardened wood flooring first hand. “Our Woodura flooring is one of a kind,” says Tiina Hämäläinen, Country Manager, Bjelin Finland. “We want to bring real wood flooring into spaces where wood wasn’t traditionally installed. This is a wood floor made for modern life.”
Woodura Herringbone 3.0 is available in two sizes, a classic format and a larger, more modern one. “Herringbone is visually dynamic and interesting in both residential and commercial environments,” says Tiina Hämäläinen. “Planks, on the other hand, create a more uniform look, especially the wide XXL planks that provide a seamless look with few seams.” Woodura Planks come in five different sizes, from S to XXL.
The high-tech, patented Woodura technology makes it possible to compress and harden wood, producing floors that are three times stronger than traditional wood floors. “We’re excited to show architects, designers, students and customers, how we can help them create innovative and creative flooring solutions,” says Tiina Hämäläinen.
