Bjelin Group initiates restructuring across the company

The leadership of Bjelin Group has made the decision to initiate a restructuring program aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency across the entire organisation. This means that all units within the Bjelin Group will be affected.

We recognise the urgent need to adapt our operations to changing market conditions and to secure long-term competitiveness. Profitability and efficiency must be prioritised across all areas to ensure we can continue to invest in and develop our three business areas, with a clear focus on veneer-based products.

As part of this program, we will be reviewing our product portfolio, processes and organisational structure. Our goal is to create a more flexible, focused and sustainable setup that better supports our forward-looking strategy centred on veneer-based flooring and furniture products.

We understand that changes like these can raise questions and uncertainty. We are committed to being as transparent as possible throughout the process. Dialogue with employees and union representatives will be a key part of this work.
